Announcement Notice (AN) 241.3
The AN 241.3 web interface is to be used by DOE Financial Assistance Recipients/Non-Major Contractors to submit Final Technical Reports, Accepted Manuscripts of Journal Articles, Conference Papers, and other STI products under an award, e.g., Books/Monographs, Thesis/Dissertations, and Technical Workshop Reports, in order to ensure proper handling, announcement, and dissemination in accordance with DOE O 241.1C.
The following table provides the basic requirements for announcing/submitting products using the 241.3.

DO NOT include personally identifiable information (PII) in any STI submission.
DO check your terms and conditions for STI submission requirements.
DO check your terms and conditions of your award for any data protections and submit metadata appropriately. Mark uploaded products if required based on the provisions of your award.
DO contact E-Link if metadata or the full-text for the STI product needs to change.
